Passover Cooking Class, April 5

Learn new, creative holiday cooking with esteemed Chef Diane Bukatman at a cooking class from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 5 at Beth Evergreen. We will cook and eat together, and take home unique Passover recipes.

The menu:

  • Appetizer: Crepes with Apple, Date & Ginger Filling with Red Wine Sauce (think charoset!)
  • Entree: Pan Seared Chicken Breasts in a Brandy “Cream” Sauce; Quinoa Cakes; Sea Salt Roasted Asparagus
  • Dessert: Coconut Chocolate Mousse Torte

Cost is $25 per person for the class and meal. Space is limited. Wear your favorite apron and/or chef’s hat!
